SEASON REGISTRATION

2008 season registration will be held June 16 - 220 from 6:00 - 7:00pm @ Boyd Lee Park. 

Registration fee is $85.00 (make checks payable to GPWA.  Child must be present to register!!

The following documents are required at the time of registration:

1. Birth Certificate 
2. Physical dated 2008 (doctor may be present for on-site physical for $25.00 fee)
3. 2007 - 2008 full four quarter Report Card.
